29 CFR 1910.178(n)(14): Traveling fork trucks did not avoid running over loose objects on the roadway surface. (a) On or about 5/21/2020, Z Lot Road - employees operating forklifts were exposed to crushing and caught under hazards when they drove on the road because the employer did not ensure that the forklift's traveling surfaces were free of loose objects and potholes.
