29 CFR 1926.55(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of carbon monoxide listed in Table 1 in excess of the 8-hour time-weighted average concentration of 50 parts per million: On or about May 18, 2020 at a worksite located at 80 S. Main Street in Mansfield, Ohio, the employer did not ensure that employees operating a propane powered saw in an interior room of a vacant retail building were protected from exposure to carbon monoxide levels which exceeded the 8 hour time weighted average concentration of 50 parts per million. An employee was exposed to carbon monoxide concentrations at an eight-hour time weighted average of 92.7 parts per million.
