29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: SLC Health - SVPN Heights Clinic Expansion, 32 Wicks Lane, Billings, MT: On or about May 26, 2020 employees were exposed to fall hazard of approximately 10 feet to the ground below while conducting roofing operations a 5/12 pitch roof without fall protection.
