29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not ensure that such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On or about May 4, 2020 and at times prior thereto, Denson Construction Management, LLC, as the Controlling Employer did not ensure that: a) Employees of its subcontractor were using step ladders in the manner for which they were not designed. Employees were exposed to falls of more than 6 feet to the ground below.
