29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. a) 1620 Woodhaven Road, Bensalem, PA: On or about June 1, 2020, an employee was performing leading edge work on the flat roof of a one-story commercial building, approximately 15 feet above a lower level, without being protected from falling to that lower level by an adequate means of fall protection. The Economy Roofing and Siding Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1293287 citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 03/20/2018, with respect to a workplace located at Providence And Beatty Roads, Media, PA 19063
