Permanent aisles and passageways shall be appropriately marked.  a) On or about April 22, 2020, sufficient safe clearances are not being maintained in the staging area in that a forklift struck a pallet jack due to insufficient space being present when moving a wrapped and palletized load.   b) On or about June 3, 2020, there was not sufficient space on the upper dock when the forklift was making turns when loaded, pushing ten foot racks up the ramp, and turning the forklift around to come down the ramp.
