29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition: (a) On or about 06/20/2020 - Brick Brack Room, the employer did not ensure that work areas were kept in a clean and sanitary condition in that damaged ceiling tiles and signs of water intrusion through the ceiling were present. King's Home Thrift was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1436315, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/04/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 306 Main Street SE, Hanceville, Alabama 35077.
