29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: On or about June 2 ,2020, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard while performing roofing activities on a residential home located at 6292 Manor Glenn, Medina, Ohio 44256. The employees were using air powered nail guns and the employer did not ensure that they were wearing protective safety glasses.

The employees were working on all areas of the roof and the employer did not ensure that they were using fall protection.
