29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested whenever a different respirator facepiece (size, style, model or make) was used:  Hoboken University Medical Center: Registered nurses, nursing assistants, and speech therapists (among other employees) providing care to suspected and confirmed COVID-19 patients were provided a new style of N95 respirators but were not fit tested prior to use.      Violation occurred on or about April 15, 2020 and thereafter.
