29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii)  a) Mechanic Shop: On June 3, 2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards in that the employer did not develop a written hazard communication program for employees who handle automatic transmission fluid, anti-freeze, brake cleaner, and engine oil in automotive repair and maintenance.  KLM Auto Care Center, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1432932, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 6, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1049 South Cobb Drive SE, Marietta, Georgia 30060.
