29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section: Worksite located at 8435 N. Booth Ave., Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards in that the employees were using a mobile scaffold (scissor lift) in order to access the structural steel while using the midrail and toprail of the lift to access the steel.

29 CFR 1926.760(b)(3): 29 CFR 1926.760(b)(3): Each connector working at heights over 15 and up to 30 feet above a lower level was not provided with a personal fall arrest system, positioning device system , or fall restraint system, and/or was not wearing the equipment necessary to be able to be tied off; or was not provided with other means of protection from fall hazards in accordance with paragraph (a)(1) of this section: Worksite located at 8435 N. Booth Ave., Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were observed connecting structural steel above 15 feet and employees were not tied off, nor did one of these employee have the ability to be tied off to prevent falling.
