29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) B Building - Two fire extinguishers were set on top a shelf inside the maintenance shop area, exposing employees to fire hazards. b) A Building - Where a fire extinguisher mount and signs are by the south door exit, the fire extinguisher is missing. c) A Building - One fire extinguisher was set on top of Operator Panel Number 4, exposing employees to fire hazards.
