Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. a) Pablo Gonzalez, at a jobsite located at 3890 Crowberry Court Lot 6939, Powell, Ohio 43065: On and/or preceding May 26, 2020, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while engaged in residential construction activities. Employees were framing the house without an adequate means of fall protection, thereby exposed to fall hazards of up to 14 feet.
