29 CFR 1910.180(h)(3)(v): Hoisting, lowering, swinging, or traveling was done while employee(s) were on the load or hook: a-150 Waiku Road, Ridgewood NJ,Tree Trimming Operation: On or about 06/04/2020, an employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30ft while being hoisted up to a tree limb by the crane hook which was attached to the employee's personal fall arrest harness.
