29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v): The safety monitor had other responsibilities which could take the monitor's attention from the monitoring function: a) 1620 Woodhaven Road, Bensalem, PA: On or about June 1, 2020, an employee was performing leading edge work on the flat roof of a one-story commercial building, approximately 15 feet above a lower level, without being protected from falling to that lower level by an adequate means of fall protection.
