OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of being caught-between a Roll-Off Container and compactor. On or about June 4, 2020, and at times prior thereto, an employee at the rear of the truck to assist the driver with unloading and positioning of a Roll-Off Container was not highly visible to the driver while backing the truck.
