29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer does not initiate and maintain such programs as may be nescessary to comply with the standards set forth in 29 CFR 1926 as evidenced by the violation(s) noted during the course of the inspection:  a) Mike Krueger (d.b.a. Altogether Roofing) at the address of 4840 Waterville Monclova Road in Monclova, Ohio; The employer does not maintain programs for fall protection and training requirements as needed onsite. Such programs would support the employer and employees in identifying and avoiding potential hazards such as falls during jobsite operations, decreasing the probability of employee injury. This violation was most recently observed on or about June 5, 2020 at the address of 4840 Waterville Monclova Road in Monclova, Ohio.  To abate this violation, the employer must provide evidence demonstrating that appropriate safety and health programs have been implemented avoid fall hazards on its worksites.  Mike Krueger, d.b.a. Altogether Roofing) at the address of 4840 Waterville Monclova Road in Monclova, Ohio; The employer does not ensure that employees are adequately trained in the appropriate use of fall protection such as, but not limited to, the use of personal fall arrest systems, or alternative measures of fall protection while conducting construction activities. Employees are exposed to fall hazards associated with falls up to approximately twenty feet to the ground below.
