29 CFR 1926.555(a)(7): Conveyors were not locked out or otherwise rendered inoperable, and tagged out with a "Do Not Operate" tag during repairs and when operation was hazardous to employees performing maintenance work:  On or about June 2, 2020 and at times prior thereto employees were cleaning an auger on a Guntert & Zimmerman MP550 Material Placer while the auger was not locked out or rendered inoperative.  NOTE-Abatement documentation and certification are required for this item.
