29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): a) Jobsite, 184 Alameda Road, Butler, PA 16001: Observed on or about May 18, 2020, the working level of mobile scaffolds adjacent to the pavilion were not fully planked. Employees using the scaffold as a means of access to the top of the pavilion were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 6 feet to the ground below.
