The employer did not ensure that all equipment used was installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification. On or about June 8, 2020, employees, who were conducting electrical installation a commercial building, were not protected from electrical shock when using an electrical power source that was not installed per the listing, labeling, or certification of the manufacturer.
