29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures: On or about June 8, 2020 the employer failed to ensure that a 120v power receptacle located in the motor vehicle lift bay area contained a cover for it's damp location. The receptacle was located in an outdoor location susceptible to precipitation weather.
