29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not ensure that such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On or about June 8, 2020 and at times prior thereto, Boone & Boone Construction, LTD, as the Controlling Employer did not ensure that: a) Employees of its subcontractor were not protected from falling more than 10 and 20 feet to the ground and/or concrete below by ensuring the use of fall protection. b) Employees of its subcontractor were allowed to use stairs that were not equipped with handrails on the unprotected sides.
