29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) This violation occurred on or about June 8, 2020, at a workplace located at 7702 Sonian Forest Drive, Irving, TX; where employees, who were working under construction activities, were not protected from head injuries by wearing hard hats. The Maria Yanez/EDL Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1346287, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/27/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 3622 Ohain Drive, Irving, TX 75062; And inspection number 1351616, citation number 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/30/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 3634 Ohain Dr., Irving, TX 75062; And inspection number 1401455, citation number 2, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 08/05/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 7640 Sonian Forest Dr., Irving, TX 75062.
