29 CFR 1910.179(l)(2)(ii): Cranes were operated before maintenance equipment was removed after adjustments and repairs had been made: Site - On June 5, 2020, an employee was seriously injured when the scissor lift he was working from to perform adjustments on an overhead crane was knocked over by the crane when he began to operate the controls without first removing the scissor lift from the area.
