Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.      On or about June 9, 2020 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that employees, performing roofing work activities from a roof of a building, were in use of fall protection.  This exposed the employees to a fall greater than six feet to the ground below.
