29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. On or about 05 June 2020, and at times prior thereto, processing employees were cleaning the pack line's takeaway conveyor belt on the Omnia PX with the machine running, exposing employees to the hazard of being caught-in the exposed moving parts of the machine.
