OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were not protected from a fall hazard when using a, grapple as a lift platform, for an employee that was attached to a Komatsu PC 170 excavator:           On or about June 3, 2020, at a job site located at 175 Hickory Lane, Moreland Hills, Ohio 44022; an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 15 to 25 feet while using the grapple of a Komatsu PC170 Excavator, as a work platform to remove tree limbs.
