Ivy Way in Centennial, CO: On or about June 12, 2020, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 15 feet while utilizing a Genie Telescopic Boom Lift basket to reach the interior surface of a residential balcony. Employee lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket of the lift. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
