29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems. On or about June 8, 2020, the employer did not ensure that all employees working on the roof of a commercial building were using fall protection exposing employees to hazards of falling greater than 6 feet onto concrete.
