The employer required employees to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus while providing care to suspected and confirmed positive COVID-19 residents.

29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1)(iv): The employer did not ensure that each user could demonstrate knowledge of how to inspect, put on, remove, use, and check the seals of the respirator. a) Location: 585 Lebanon Street, Melrose, MA On or about June 11, 2020, the employer did not provide employees with effective training covering donning/doffing the ENVO respirator, assembling/disassembling the ENVO respirator, and sanitizing the ENVO respirator. The employer required employees to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus while providing care to suspected and confirmed positive COVID-19 residents.
