29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: (a) Arbor Terrace - On or about 3/25/2020, a respiratory protection program had not been developed and implemented for employees required to wear N95 and KN95 respirators, exposing employees to a respiratory illness, such as but not limited to SARS-CoV-2 and/or COVID infection.
