29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(ii): The written hazard communication program did not include the methods the employer will use to inform employees of the hazards of non routine tasks, and the hazards associated with chemicals contained in unlabeled pipes in their work areas: On or about June 9, 2020, where the employer has developed a written hazard communication program, information regarding the methods being used and the precautionary measures to take to protect employees from chemicals was not discussed prior to the start of the renovation operations.
