29 CFR 1910.134(c)(3): The employer did not designate a program administrator who was qualified by appropriate training or experience to administer or oversee the respiratory protection program and to conduct the required evaluations of program effectiveness:    (a)  Carroll Manor located at 725 Buchanan St. NE, Washington D.C. 20017:  On or about May 20, 2020, the employer did not have a designated program administrator who was administering the respiratory protection program to all employees required to wear respirators.  The employer required employees working on the 3rd Floor West COVID-19 Wing to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against SARS-CoV-2 while providing care to suspected and confirmed positive COVID-19 residents.

The employer required employees working on the 3rd Floor West COVID-19 Wing to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against SARS-CoV-2 while providing care to suspected and confirmed positive COVID-19 residents.

The employer required employees working on the 3rd Floor West COVID-19 Wing to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against SARS-CoV-2 while providing care to suspected and confirmed positive COVID-19 residents.   (b)  Carroll Manor located at 725 Buchanan St. NE, Washington D.C. 20017:  On or about May 20, 2020, the employer did not provide an annual fit test to all employees who were previously fit tested and required to wear respirators.  The employer required employees working on the 3rd Floor West COVID-19 Wing to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against SARS-CoV-2 while providing care to suspected and confirmed positive COVID-19 residents.
