29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit":  a.  On or about June 15, 2020, in the warehouse area, the exit route going through the door between the office area and the warehouse was not labeled on either side with the word EXIT, thus impending employees ability to evacuate the building in the case of an emergency.

29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not free and unobstructed. Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. The exit access went through a room that could be locked, to reach an exit or exit discharge:  a.  On or about June 15, 2020, in the inside storage room, there was an exit door blocked with a metal shelf and supplies. There was an EXIT sign above the door leading outside, however, employees were aware that the door was blocked and they should use the other door leading to the warehouse.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section:  a. On or about June 15, 2020, in the warehouse and maintenance bay, employees used various chemicals, including but not limited to, paints and primers in aerosol cans and oil lubricants in cans, while the containers themselves were missing labels and/or written identification of the chemicals inside.

On or about June 15, 2020, in the warehouse and maintenance bay, the employer did not train employees using various chemicals including, but not limited to, gear-oil, paints-primers, and lubricants on the requirements to label containers holding chemicals, information provided on Safety Data Sheets, and how to obtain the Safety Data Sheets for the chemicals being used.
