29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a) 1117 7th St South, Great Falls, MT: On or about 10 June, 2020, and at times prior, employees were exposed to catapult and subsequent fall hazards while installing steel braces onto a shop bay ceiling from a Genie-S40 aerial lift at heights of approximately 19 feet to the ground below without fall protection.
