29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about June 8, 2020 the employer failed to ensure that employees engaged in roofing activities of a commercial site were protected from falling from the roof to the ground below. The fall height was approximately 15 feet. The slope of the roof varied between 6/12 and 8/12. Recommendable Roofing, LLP was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1419263, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 18, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 3006 Fountain Circle, Avon, Ohio.
