29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a.) At the Artisan Living Bella Citta Apartments site located at 127 Verona Place, Davenport, FL, on the northside of building 42, employees were installing roofing shingles were not protected from an approximately 18 feet 7 inches fall hazard , on or about 6/16/2020.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall:  (a) At the Artisan Living Bella Citta Apartments site,  an employee was exposed to a 18'-7" fall hazard while carrying roofing materials up and down a ladder from the roof, on or about 6/16/2020.
