Business Owner, Dr. Cheong, was previously cited by OSHA's Andover area office for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection #1467218 (Assembly Dental), Citation #1, Item #2, issued on April 30, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 460 Foley Street in Somerville, Massachusetts, which became final order on May 14, 2020.
