On or about June 17, 2020, during the removal of overhead steel joists braces at a job site located at 55 Arch St, Akron, Ohio 44304; the employer did not ensure employees working on 4th floor of structure were protected from fall hazards of approximately 35 feet by utilizing a fall protection system.
