29 CFR  1910.147(f)(1): When lockout or tagout devices temporarily were removed from the energy isolating device and the machine or equipment was energized to test or position the machine, equipment or component thereof, the sequence of actions  in 29 CFR(f)(i-v) )   On or about 6/23/2020, at the Glass Plant, a trouble shooting was done in the machine , Lami 1 BillCo Glasses Washer, and the written procedure did not address what sequence of actions needed to be followed: i. Clear the machine from tools and materials in accordance with paragraph (e)(1) of this section; ii. Remove employees from the machine or equipment area in accordance with paragraph (e)(2) of this section; iii. Remove the lock out or tagout devices as specified in paragraph (e)(3) of this section; iv. Energize  and proceeed with testing or positioning; v.  Denergize all systems and reapply energy control measures in accordance with paragraph (d) of this section to continue the servicing and/or maintenance.
