The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet to the ground below.

On the east side of the construction site, employees working from a pole scaffold without fall protection system while installing framing material on the exterior of a residential home.  The employee was exposed to a fall hazards of approximately 18 feet to the ground below.
