OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees utilizing a below the hook lifting devices were exposed to crushing hazards:    On or about June 12, 2020, an employee sustained an amputation of the left finger tip when a load drop due to debris on magnet surface. Employees utilized an AFLRA TLM Lifting Magnet, part number 41250 without inspecting the magnet prior to use to ensure it was functional.
