On or about June 17, 2020, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee using a pneumatic nail gun did not wear safety glasses, thereby exposing the employee to the hazards associated with eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a. On or about June 17, 2020, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, twenty (20) feet seven (7) inches and twenty-one (21) feet above the ground were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.    b. On or about June 17, 2020, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, ten (10) feet six (6) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
