29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to travel with the load trailing whenever the load obstructed forward view: a) At the facility, on or about June 17, 2020, the employers Mobile Equipment Safety Policy did not require forklift drivers to travel with the loads trailing when loads obstructed the drivers view, thereby exposing employees to potential struck-by and crushing hazards.
