29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about June 18, 2020, at the construction site located at 511 Box Elder Lane, Grafton WI, employees were performing roofing work on a two story residential home with a pitch of approximately 8 and 12 and up to approximately 17 9/10 feet in height without being tied off to an anchor point, thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard.
