[52 FR 31877, Aug. 24, 1987, as amended at 53 FR 15035, Apr. 27, 1988; 54 FR 24334, June 7, 1989; 59 FR 6170, Feb. 9, 1994; 59 FR 17479, April 13, 1994; 59 FR 65947, Dec. 22, 1994; 61 FR 31427, June 20, 1996] 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met: On or about June 12, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to health hazards, while using hazardous chemicals, such as but not limited to, SpecRez, a curing compound, which contains methyl acetate, without a hazard communication program in place.

29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): Within twenty-four (24) hours after the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, the employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye to OSHA: On or about May 26, 2020, an employee was hospitalized as the result of a workplace incident, and the OSHA office was not notified of the injury within twenty-four (24) hours.
