29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Jobsite located at 109 South Broad Street, Kennett Square, PA.: Employees working on a 7:12 pitched roof of a commercial building were not provided fall protection; thus exposing employees of falls of approximately 16 feet. Condition was noted on or about 20 JUN 2020.
