29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   (a) On or about June 19, 2020 at the site an employee was exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 ft. while working from the pergola without fall protection.   The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1425075, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/10/2019 with respect to a workplace located at 6127 New Copeland Rd. Tyler, TX.
