29 CFR 1910.332(b)(2): Employees, who were not qualified persons, were not trained in and familiar with any electrically related safety practices not specifically addressed by 29 CFR 1910.331 through 29 CFR 1910.335, but which were necessary for their safety:  At 170 Everglade Avenue, Palm Beach, Florida, on June 19, 2020, the employer did not train an unqualified person in the recognition and avoidance of the electrical hazards associated with working near overhead power lines.

29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A)(1): When an unqualified person was working in an elevated position near overhead lines with voltages to ground rated at 50 kV or below, the location was not such that the person and the longest conductive object he or she could contact were at least 10 feet apart:  At 170 Everglade Avenue, Palm Beach, Florida, on June 19, 2020, an employee was exposed to an electrocution hazard while trimming palm fronds that were within 10-feet of a 7.62-kV overhead power line.
