Lafayette, CO 80026: On or before 6/22/2020 the creating and exposing employer did not protect employees from injury in that roofers engaged in re-roofing a two story townhome complex were not wearing fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of 10 and 16 feet.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: (a) BCG Consulting & Contracting at 2472-2480 Concord Cir. Lafayette, CO 80026: On or before 6/22/2020 the creating and exposing employer did not protect subcontractor employees from injury in that the ladder used to access the roof did not extend at least three feet beyond the eave of the roof. This condition exposed employees to fall a hazard of 10 feet.
